The KASTRO observatory

is a privately owned astronomical observatory. It is located in Thessaloniki, Greece (40°38' N, 22°58' E ) and is operated by Emmanouilidis Kostas. At this time the only observation program running at the observatory is the supernova search program.

The Observatory features one CCD-equipped 30,48 cm (12 inch) Meade LX200GPS telescope, and a CCD-equipped 30,48 cm (12 inch) telescope Meade LX200.
